My personal journey brought me to where I am today. I was successful personally and professionally by many measures, but knew it was time to live more purposefully and authentically. As a child I set very specific goals for my life and worked tirelessly to accomplish them. Over the past 25 years I graduated from college, worked in well-respected organizations in senior leadership roles, got married, had children and earned my MBA and advanced banking degree. Unfortunately, I also was exhausted, stressed, and had lost sight of who I was, or what I was meant to do with my one precious life.
I set out on a journey to discover my strengths, my passions, and dreams for my life. With the help of my friend and amazing executive coach, I created a new vision for the life I wanted to start living. That vision led me to get my yoga, meditation, health and i3 leadership coaching certifications and start Conscious Endeavor Coaching & Consulting. Despite my fears, I left my corporate career to write a new chapter of my life. And now, I want to help others start living their best lives, too.

EXPERIENCE and BACKGROUND
My career spans over 25 years. I started my career in sales at Berlitz International and the past 22 years at KeyBank. I am a leader in managing effective and impactful change; an intuitive and innovative strategist; and a coach and mentor who developed collaborative teams, cultivated talents and inspired others to develop their own leadership styles.
In 2019, I left my senior leadership corporate position and founded my transformational coaching and consulting firm, Conscious Endeavor Coaching & Consulting, LLC.
As a coach, teacher and consultant, many of my clients are also professionals looking for more meaning and purpose in their lives, or organizations who are seeking to engage their employees and create a culture of mindful leadership.
My business experience and education combined with my personal yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice and certifications allows me to connect deeply with my clients, inspire them to search deeply for their unique talents and support them on their own paths of growth and development.
